The restaurant is not clean, lacking ice, with tables piled in a corner and most drinks unavailable. The experience feels more like a poor convenience store than the usual pleasant Panera. The bathrooms are filthy, with crusted ovens and an overall disgusting atmosphere. It is suggested that this place should just shut down.

The restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere with attentive customer service. I loved the avocado sandwich and the banana smoothie. The portions were so generous that I was too full to even move. The prices were a bit higher than I expected, but I think it's because of the large portions they offer.

This restaurant is located in a captivating city setting with charming old buildings surrounding it. Although it only offers street parking, the interior is bright despite its dated appearance. It is known for serving drinks made with Cane Sugar syrup behind the bar.

This is my third visit to this restaurant during my lunch hour, and unfortunately, I have received the wrong order each time. It is completely absurd. Not only was the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich I ordered lacking in sauce and flavor, it was also underwhelming. I will not be returning to this establishment. The prices do not reflect the service or quality provided.

I ordered a sandwich and a lemonade at this restaurant. At 12 o'clock, I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready and they asked me to be patient. At 12:10, I inquired again and was told they were busy and they even made fun of me. By 12:17, I asked for a refund as I needed to leave for work, but they refused to give it back to me. I have never experienced such poor treatment before. The manager was incredibly unhelpful.
