I stop by this restaurant for breakfast at least four times a week on my way to work. Each morning, I’m warmly welcomed by either Lena or Jacob. Their customer service skills are excellent, and they always serve me with a smile and a cheerful “have a nice day.” They truly set a positive tone for my day as I head to work. I go to use my sip pass and usually there's somebody at the counter. Today there wasn't and I heard somebody back there so I was hollering for them but they were blatantly ignoring View all feedback.

The soup and bagel I had were absolutely delicious. While the service was somewhat disorganized, they still managed to meet my needs. It's a great spot for a meeting.
Next time have the person pull forward instead of having all of us wait.

The restaurant was short-staffed, and the rewards system wasn't functioning properly. However, the coffee, tea, and bagels were excellent.
