I stop by this restaurant for breakfast at least four times a week on my way to work. Each morning, I’m warmly welcomed by either Lena or Jacob. Their customer service skills are excellent, and they always serve me with a smile and a cheerful “have a nice day.” They truly set a positive tone for my day as I head to work. Both of them consistently go above and beyond in their service. I really hope they are being well compensated for their outstanding efforts. Great job, you two!

The restaurant was short-staffed, and the rewards system wasn't functioning properly. However, the coffee, tea, and bagels were excellent.

The soup and bagel I had were absolutely delicious. While the service was somewhat disorganized, they still managed to meet my needs. It's a great spot for a meeting.

The Rudest service ever I work for doordash I went to retrieve an order I was in the restaurant for almost 20 minutes during that time I asked the expediter how long will it be and she said as long as it takes...then she made a reference about servicing paying customers...she already paid...I'm trying to pick it up so I can deliver my customer order in a timely manner....after that I was back and forth I told her I used to be a chef and services aren't acceptable instead of trying to expedite the matter she wants to go back and forth with me...all I asked was when will the order be ready I feel sorry for Panera bread to have such an unprofessional person representing their Brand and doordash provides a ...I can bet it is a least twenty five of their business...I expect better PANERA BREAD ?????
