To the person who claims they're never here, you might just be visiting at the wrong times. I've always found them open when I go. That said, I understand that the staff needs to take breaks too, and they typically have only one person working at a time, so you might be arriving during their lunch hour. There's really no reason to leave a negative review for that.

The seating arrangement is somewhat unusual, and during my visit, there was only one staff member on duty, which left the place a bit untidy. However, I really enjoyed my treat, so I will definitely return in the future.
