What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
arrived 8:50. place closes by 10. I sat right away. said the server name that would be on the table. she just never showed it. the next 16 minutes and seemingly endless borrowers from the 50s and 60s (seriously, is this a thing in the olive garden? a lot of workers push pressure suckers and wander around. there were a few on a date the next table about that were done and nothing about it. it was strange in a big empt... Beautiful experience. new server were very well trained. eating was hot and prepared with dedication and carefree. in time. general manager even came out and was very friendly and ensured that everything was perfect. thank you for having peace and joy today.
I sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to place a to-go order... I decided just to go in and eat because I had arrived at the restaurant before anyone could get back on the line. I sat down, ate, and had the MOST AMAZING server, hence the 5 stars. Her name was Ashley J. I overheard her with other tables, as well, and she was just as kind, warm, and welcoming with them!
THE BEST LOCATION IN CINCINNATI HANDS DOWN! Listen, I eat good every time I come here. I never have to ask for anything; including extra sauce. It comes swimming in Alfredo! Other locations serve dry noodles. The bread is always hot 'n fresh, never hard 'n cold. My waitress is always attentive and doesn 't over crowd us. Customer services is always a pleasure. My favorite appetizer was their calamari; now it 's the fried shrimp OH MY GOD! MY favorite dish is the chicken alfredo (w/ broccoli
Sunday was our waiter and her was great! Perfect food, atmosphere and service. Less than 30 minutes in and out.
