Melt absolutely blew us away! We’re visiting from the east coast, and the kindness and warmth of the staff really touched us. The prices were also so reasonable. And most importantly, the food was incredible. We got the vegan seitan verde, vegan chicken and biscuits, and the tofu scramble. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I'm a WAY back Melt'er but I am done with the place. We've been in 30+ minutes before they close twice now and BOTH times they felt the need to tell us they close within 30 (once 45) minutes. Today we were told they closed in 39 minutes as we ordered nachos.
