What Jeromy Wisoky likes about Mecklenburg Gardens:
A real German restaurant. With real Germans. And real German food. Don't forget the real German beer. Schnitzel was excellent. The goulash was even better. The old photos and the old features of the dining area just enhanced the entire experience. View all feedback.

Very cool. one of the oldest farms in cincinnati and one of the largest beer gardens in America from what I have told. German culture is.
The food was eehh. but the drunken loud waitress running up and down the restaurant was inconspicuous. Unfortunately, it has made the environment and eating.
I really enjoyed this place. it is the oldest restaurant in cincy that is quite cool. I love the garden in the open. it is a great place to enjoy.

read moreExperience authentic German cuisine and beer at this Cincinnati gem. The schnitzel and goulash are a must-try, and don't forget to pair your meal with a German beer poured according to tradition. The charming atmosphere, complete with old photos and historical features, adds to the overall dining experience. Friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and a lovely garden patio covered in vines make this spot a perfect choice for a night out with friends. With a wide selection of German beers and tasty appetizers, including potato pancakes and Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese, this restaurant is a must-visit for any German food enthusiast. Just be sure to avoid the fried fish and stick to the excellent beer options. Overall, a top-notch choice for delicious German fare in Cincinnati.
I instead of getting Goetta Balls I got extra saurkraut Sauerkraut Balls. A little disappointed especially since goetta balls cost more.
