What User doesn't like about Haru:
The restaurant 's website says The Authentic Korean Restaurant. As a Korean, I would like to say NO!! It is Americanized Korean food. Taste of Soft Tofu soup is like Seafood Ramen Soup (If you are Korean, you know what I mean). The grilled mackerel is too burnt. Pros: Again, It is Americanized Korean food. I can recommend this place to my American friends. Clean. Cons: Expensive. Over $7 for Salad?? Oh no I spent ove... View all feedback. What User likes about Haru:
second time order sushi from haru (I have already fed in here, and the hot dishes are served in cast iron dishes are worth the trip. I also recommend the hot mango tea). read moreThe Authentic Korean Restaurant offers a blend of experiences that evoke both admiration and critique. While it claims authenticity, many feel the cuisine leans toward an Americanized interpretation, with highlights including crispy Korean fried chicken and flavorful sushi rolls like the Air Force and Vine Street. Diners appreciate the cleanliness and attentive service, but some find prices steep for portion sizes. Signature dishes like Jajangmyeon and seafood bibimbap receive mixed reviews, making it a place to explore with tempered expectations. For those seeking a Korean dining experience in a cozy atmosphere, this restaurant remains a worthy, albeit pricey, destination.
I celebrated my 3rd anniversary at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend having $100 set aside before dining here.
