Grammas Pizza Eastgate - Cincinnati

Food was great! Restaurant was super clean and inviting. We will be back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch while on a business trip. Great lunch, good service in a nice place.

Honestly hadn't had Gramma's in a couple years, so I was hopeful that it was going to be good. BOY was I disappointed. Literally nothing I ordered tasted good. The breadsticks with cheese were undercooked and tasted like dish water. The calzone was extremely bland and just had an odd taste. Here's where it gets weird. The hoagie I got, ham and cheese with lettuce, mayo, etc. They used literal bagged salad, like with the shredded carrots and cabbage, as the lettuce on the hoagie. So the hoagie had a very disgusting and overwhelming taste of warm salad. The fries also had a very strange taste, not sure if it was bad oil or just cooked wrong. I get that it's cheap food, but wow it could at least be semi-enjoyable to eat. I should've just had taco bell...

Recently move into town, had long flight wanted pizza, so decided Grandma's pizza. What a bad choice. Sales counter employee needs better approach on saying no. Meaning on condiments. I ask for red crush peppers and parmesan cheese, paper plates if they had any. She made it super clear the up charge. The weird thing when the pizza was ready she walked over to me to say your pizza is ready. Instead of just walking it to me at first. Makes you wonder? I am in the customer service business for a multi billion dollar company. You never know who your standing in front of. So I gave her back the crush pepper and the paper plated. Went home made a burger and the pizza went in the trash. TRASH, a very intesting word. Have a great day.

I ordered a deep dish pizza a while back thinking it was like Unos pizza but all it is was a regular pizza with Xtra cheese.We were really disappointed.
