The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and there’s great music playing in the background. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Second chance, bought a pint of Midnight Snack which should in... read more Bought a pint from one of the shops and upon opening a frozen eyelash was found, mistakes happen. Second chance, bought a pint of Midnight Snack which should include brownies, pretzels and peanut butter cup. My initial try, I thought they could load more of each ingredient or it just feels bland and not worth $6/pint. This second pint had no trace of brownie, the sole reason I purchased. I send emails first to see if the business would like to offer a remedy, that was almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve got no response. 3 stars because the caramel macchiato ice cream is just a dream.

I have bee... read more Graeter's, in general, had some of the most delicious ice creams imaginable, but still is offering you to sample any flavor you like before ordering. I have been to this particular location many times and I like it because it's not only it offers a widevariety of Greater's products, it's very nicely located near so many other eateries and restaurants in Over The Rhine area. It'snot the biggest Graeter's place I have ever visited, but I have never had a problem finding a flavor I like there. Staff havealways been friendly, and the place has always been clean. I can't ask for anything more. It's a 5-stars for me all the way.

I loved that t... read more I love Graeter?s ice cream. I usually buy a pint because I am in Minnesota. However it just tastes different when I get it at the ice cream shop. I loved that the staff was super nice and made the experience that much better. I got the boldly bearcat. Mygoodness it was so good. I am coming back again.
