On my last visit, a customer rudely interrupted me while I was paying to complain about her boba drink. She was very unpleasant and made a scene, which upset me as I had a $50 bill in my hand and it was my turn to pay. The cashier handled the situation professionally, even making new drinks for the difficult customers who continued to cause a scene inside and outside the store. I believe the staff did a fantastic job under the circumstances and did not deserve to be treated that way. Kudos to the hardworking employees for remaining composed and giving their best. They definitely earned extra tips from me.
