What User doesn't like about Frisch's Big Boy Restaurants:
my wife, one I went to breakfast last night, we waited for 15 minutes, just to sit. my wife ordered the fish sandwich that had two very small fish pieces that were boiled over. our waiter never checked us. when we ate, we saw ten people go, as no one even noticed them waiting (15 or 20 minutes). we were informed that no manager was in service. at least 15 people who work and no one was responsible or seemed to care.... I placed in order through Doordash Supposed to be a big boy meal Is plain with cheese only because I have a food allergy. Food gets here there's no fries and the Burger has everything on it I get ahold of doordash telling them to send me the right order they get ahold of frischs Till let them know they fucked up so the restaurant decided they weren't going to take any more doordash orders so I never got my lunch worst fucking place. Those motherfuckers could have killed me and they don't care.
I have visited the Frisch's Mainliner for over a half century. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and prompt with delivering our lunch.As we talked at a booth adjacent to windows we noticed the blinds were filthy and some of the straps broken and dangling down. This was truly stomach turning and unacceptable. At checkout time I stood at the cash register waiting to pay our bill. A manager walked out of his office, didn't even glance at the cash register. He went in back to chat with a worker. Three times I called him, finally, he came over to take my money. This is by far not the first time I have had to wait to pay my bill.On the way out I noticed glass on doors and windows are the dirtiest I have ever seen in half a century. The overall impression of the Mainliner is that it is dirty, shabby and becoming rundown inside and out. I certainly hope good quality workers are hired to do general maintenance on the property.
Love this location. The staff is always great and the food is delicious. Even though it has been remodeled, it reminds me of being a kid and eating at Frisch's in the 70's.
Services on August 11 6:40 pm was terrible, no customer service. Everyone was so unprofessional. I stood at the register for 10 mins and three employees walked passed and did not Acknowledge they I was standing there with my family a party of 6.
