What User doesn't like about Frisch's Big Boy:
absolutely terrible order placed in the drive thru. I was served a normal big boy onion rings. both were far beyond their ground. it was very easy to discard. total disappointment that a restaurant serve such subpar elements .. objects that are just old. never again. View all feedback.

I came to visit cincinnati and thought that was a nice place to stop. it took 20 minutes, however, until our order was removed. that was cold.
I couldn't have been staring. I would have, this place has the worst customer service. I heard the employees talk ridiculously about customers.
My boyfriend and I stopped here on our walk about Cincinnati. It was a good breakfast. Could’ve been a little fresher but considering it is a franchises and a Buffet….it’s exactly what we expected!
Although most Frisch’s locations are short staffed, they still got my food out hot and in a short amount of time! Damien was working the drive through and was very attentive and kind
