What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Tri-county Towncenter:
the foods are really great, but the service is always slow. To be honest, we are rooted in the place to be successful, the work/conversations they offer to the local community is great. we came to another Sunday because of reedy, but left the place in the januar because he took a long time. I tried it again today, as we ordered the dame that made the sandwiches, said it would be at least 20 minutes. someone called an... View all feedback.
I'm a regular customer probably a couple times a week, the is amazing but the service is really impressive, check them out, you won't be disappointed
I love their subs, they always come out great and are much better than a majority of other sandwich shops. the only issue I have with this location is that they do not allow you to order your sandwiches ahead of time and then come in to pick them up. They said that they have had people order food and then not show up to pick up their sandwiches; this is the reason why we cannot order ahead of time. While I understand their situation it just makes it a little more difficult when I am trying to pick up food for my family and have to go in and wait as opposed to just grabbing it and going.
I love the sandwitches and cherry-lime aid drink! emplyees have always been nice to me. this last time i ordered take out and someone took my order before i got there. they quickly made me a replacement order.thanks!
Waited so long, it had to change for an order. I came back to work and the meatball sandwich I ordered was converted into a turkey sandwich. I am allergic to truth, so that it was a complete waste.
