The staff here is very friendly, but almost 90% of the time, my coffee order is incorrect. I never receive whipped cream when I request it on the app.
The restaurant was quite busy today, to the point where they had to order donuts from other locations twice. Despite the rush, the staff maintained a professional demeanor and exhibited a wonderful attitude. Their customer service was outstanding.
I entered the restaurant at 12:30, and there were people chatting in the lobby. My son and I walked in, but they didn't stop their conversation. So, we went to the counter, only to be told they were closed. I checked online, and they were supposed to be open until 1:00 PM. The service was very disappointing, especially on a busy day. It seemed like they were more interested in socializing than serving customers. All we wanted was a drink, but it didn’t happen. This is the second time I've experienced this. It’s frustrating to walk in only to be turned away. They should focus on their job instead of hanging out with friends. I won’t be coming back again.
I’ve tried to get a coffee on my lunch break a few times from this location in the last month. All three times I’ve gotten turned away and told “we’re closed” when I arrived between 12:30-12:40pm. This location is supposed to be open until 1?? It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Place cancels the orders half the time because they don't have the stuff that I ordered.. which is usually just donuts for my kids.. this one is worthless
