My granddaughter had a party there sunday. It was not a good time. The hostess didn't bring out gift bags till the kids had left , I had a different host bring boxes out for pizza, we had to ask for the ice cream . I feel if youare supposed to have hats,balloons and party bags for the kids they should get them ! Never again.

Only thing to remember if you get a game pass you need to pause your game pass at the kiosk while you're sitting down and eating so you don'trun out of minutes.

After publicly humiliating us both at the salad bar, asking if we 'd paid $10.99 for it, said we thought it was included, which was our bad; but he was loud and obnoxious towards us so we handed our plate back over. Cue the laughing employees behind the front desk. I told the kids that next year for their birthday parties we would take them to Dave and Busters and Scene 75. Chuck E. Cheese is a waste of money, considering half the games did not work the time we were there, and a waste of a day. We could 've had more fun somewhere else. For a 'child-friendly ' place, you all could 've done way better. Ridiculous ass experience.

I purchased the ultimate package for my daughter's birthday party, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. My daughter didn't receive the promised 30... read more I purchased the ultimate package for my daughter's birthday party, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. My daughter didn't receive the promised 3000 tickets for the birthday girl, and there were no balloons or party hats for the kids. I wasn’t aware that we were supposed to have the cake during a specific song, and another child blew out their candles at the right time, which made it awkward for us since we had to do my daughter’s cake afterward. My server didn’t seem very engaged—she suggested that she’d prefer just to serve the pizza. I agreed to handle the cake myself, but she didn’t offer to help at all. Despite the chaos, my daughter still had fun, but the overall experience felt poorly managed. One highlight was that as we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave at 3:30, the server finally brought out the goodie bags for the kids. Sadly, by that point, all nine of the kids had already gone home. I just feel like the event could have been organized much better.
