What christopher geyer doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Each and every time we go through the chipotle lane , we get short handed and under served when it come to our food , I order double meats just so they might give me a regular portion . They still ,despite the extra money for double meat , gave me less than a regular amount. I ordered a burrito and it?s less than the size of my hand , and I have small hands . It?s frustrating , a waste of time and money , and outrage... View all feedback.

This location started out great and rapidly declined. I just waited over an hour past the estimated pickup time to get my online order and they didn't even get the order close to correct. It was like they just threw random ingredients in and called it good and then to add insult to injury, they put the correct stickers with the ingredients they were supposed to have put in on the lids. To make matters worse, getting into and out of their parking lot when it is busy is a nightmare. I love Chipotle but getting it from this location just isn't worth the headache.
Online pickup orders were an hour behind when I arrived, but was not told this until after I had already waited 20 minutes. The staff member that finally informed the crowd of waiting customers (including myself) that orders were running an hour behind was flippant and mostly just standing around not friendly, helpful, or apologetic. Many of us left without our orders. Had to spend another 15 minutes chatting with customer service to get a refund for the order that I was not able to pick up. Chipotle should not offer pick up times that they cannot fulfill within a reasonable amount of time. Worst Chipotle experience to date.
Went to this location for a pick up at 8pm. Waited in a close to standstill line until around 8:20pm. Once I finally reached the window the girl told me I?d have to either pull around again or come in and wait another 45 minutes because they were still working on orders from 7:30. I told her I?d like to just cancel my order and she just gave me a business card to call to get my refund and didn?t even apologize. This location used to be great and it?s the worst one in the city now. Food is always wrong or gross. Service is not only snail slow, the associates are typically rude as well. I understand being short staffed but this is a joke. I will drive out of my way to never go to this one again
Ordered in-person, to go. I had two exactly same orders. The wrapping of the burritos was the worst I've ever seen and it wasn't because they were full--there was hardly any portions in them! It took 3 minutes to get my food after paying and everything was stone cold. Agree with another reviewer who said they prioritize drive through and pickup orders over in-person patrons.
