I ordered Chipotle for dinner for my girlfriend and me, but when we got home and sat down to eat, the food was ice cold, including the meat. We were completely disappointed. We definitely won't be returning to that Chipotle again! View all feedback.
This is by far the most oiled machine of an enormously busy restaurant I have ever seen in my life! every single restaurant I have ever made must take note of this place! they are always ridiculously busy, but everything is always in order and flows perfectly! I'll take a lot off here. I usually run around midday and there is usually a line halfway to the door or more there is another place where the door-towers can pick up their commands and there is always a line there, and there are usually 3 or 4 door-towers there are there at a time, each time, but I never have to wait once, long they are always running a plentiful number of people busy and even though they are always busy each employee seems to have a small area in which they stay and do that areas work. I have seen lines on both sides and they command missing, but never once they have ever looked overwhelmed or stressed by him. They have only calmly done and were done if necessary to get ready immediately. Literally, every restaurant must try to be like this. it should be other dining rooms to run this smoothly and well! applaud, you do everything right, I can't even think of a thing that I would notice or do differently. absolutely amazing, keep the good work! I was not paid to write this and I don't know anyone who works there personally in just really amazed how smooth they keep this place running.
Was a long line, but they moved quickly and efficiently. Eating was really good and tasty and portions were perfect. the staff was polite and listened to them from beginning to end. in any case would return to this place.

The employees are respectful and hard working. but the current waiting times and quality are clearly in the lack of labour force. I enjoyed my meal, but expect shorter waiting times. still give these 5 stars because this is a current industry-wide problem.
I visited this location on March 7th at approximately 3:00 in the afternoon. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got up to the front of the line I found ingredients all over the counter with lots of cross contamination happening and dishes stacked high. They only had 2 people working and they were running out of everything so my bowl was thrown together with limited ingredients. The presentation wasn’t great either as seen in the picture. I wouldn’t normally write a review but this is my second bad experience at this location. I used to come to this location all the time and they did a great job. I don’t know what was going on during my last few visits.
