The bowl was only half full, and the bag of chips contained just a handful. It's surprising that this place has a 3.7 rating. I work across the street, but I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

They're always understaffed now. My kids love it, but a line of 12 people took over a half hour to get our food. Simply not worth the wait! I even took a picture of the cold, dri... read more I visited the Anderson Chipotle on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30. The small amount of chicken on my soft taco was cold. I even took a picture of the cold, dried-out chicken I removed from the taco. When I brought this to their attention, the staff member said he didn't know why the chicken was cold and that it had come out of the warmer. Eventually, I was given a Dixie cup filled with chicken that was at least warm this time, but I couldn't help but feel concerned about the possibility of food poisoning.

The floors were covered in old food and dirty napkins and the tables weren?t cleaned. The bathrooms smelled DISGUSTING. The staff wasextremely rude. This guy named John was making my familys food and he was so rude to us all. He was throwing the tortillasaround. He was throwing his hands in the air because i had more people on my order. Which i don?t understand why you would giveme attitude when theres like 5 more people behind my family. Then the girl at the register was just lazy. She just watchedeveryone work while she just walked around the store. Dont you think you should clean instead of just sitting? I will never bereturning. The staff was horrible. The quality of the food was also disgusting. The sour scream was straight liquid and hadweird purple stuff in it. Im extremely disappointed.

Just take a look at this picture—does that look like extra chicken and extra white rice to you? I paid $11 for that! This location is a complete joke! I frequently encounter problems when ordering online; the food is inconsistent, and I rarely get what I actually ordered. On top of that, it's never ready when it should be! I ended up stopping my orders for a long time because of this. It's absolutely ridiculous!
