Was Madelyne Schnurr at Chicago Gyros a mag?
Chicago Gyro is one of my favorite places in the Clifton area. They never disappoint me and always have great things to say about it! Yesterday I decided to pop by and grab dinner. It was extremely subpar. Got the chicken back ranch pita and had 90% of it being chicken with little to no toppings plus the fries were extremely undercooked. And of course I felt horrible to complain but their customer service was amazing... View all feedback.

What Mackenzie Childs dislikes about Chicago Gyros:
Do yourself a favor and head to Al Medina instead. I went here craving fries, but they were undercooked and not crispy. The gyro was disappointing in comparison as well. View all feedback.

Can we say pure deliciousness! Yes, that is what you'd hear from my coworkers and I.

The gyro is good, but I don't think it's the best in town.

Being from Chicago, I have to say this was a good rendition of the "Chicago dog".

This place is the home of my second favorite cheeseburger in Cincinnati. The fries have this awesome seasoning on them that makes you just keep eating them even after you're full.

I'm really disappointed with my experience. The meat was excessively salty, bland, and seemed to be filled with chemicals. There were hardly any spices used except for salt. It felt more like a frozen meat skewer than anything authentic. If you're trying to find a genuine kebab, shawarma, or gyro, I suggest looking elsewhere. My pita barely had any tomatoes, and instead of red onions, they used white onions with no salad. The sauce was almost nonexistent. I feel let down by this place. If you're not familiar with gyro, kebab, or shawarma, you might think it's acceptable. However, if you know and love these dishes, you're likely to be disappointed. The only redeeming quality is that they serve a generous portion of good French fries.
