I often visit Bru Burger and expect good but not great service. And really good food, Today we ordered the same thing we always order. We had completely disinterested service. Over cooked fries, mushy onion rings. Ok burgers. The employees must be trained to never meet anyones eyes. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for a check, couldn’t get anyones attention. Very disappointing. The personal and the bar channels were amazing. I took care of my daughter and with great service and great food. Corporate should be proud of this team.
We had a night in cincinnati for our jubilee and decided to come here. very disappointed! I've been waiting for a long time to serve our food. the command came wrong. ordered chili cheeses fries and came only as a fries. the fries were sitting in a boiled fat. tweezers were not crispy and hamburger buns soggy. Before we came here often before Broadway shows, not sure we will return!
It seemed like forever before we got our food and my margarita. The French fries were hard and the onion rings had too much batter for me. On the other hand the chicken tenders were great and when I finally got my margarita it was good.
They take too many reservations. they'll hurry out as soon as you sit down.
