Bob Evans
Description
Bob Evans has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting both exceptional food quality and significant service disappointments. While many diners praise the delicious offerings, such as the Slow-Roasted Turkey Dressing and Breakfast Bowl, complaints about long waits and unresponsive staff are prevalent. Despite facing staffing challenges, some patrons commend the friendly service during their visits. I ordered a Wildfire Salad to go from the menu displayed at the front door, which was priced at $11.19. However, I was charged $12.29. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told it was the price listed on the takeout menus kept behind the counter, which are not visible to customers. The salad itself was quite basic—there was no Wildfire sauce, and the Wildfire ranch dressing lacked any spice. I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this location in the future.
My Fiance And I Go To Bob Evans Alot. . The Service Was Good. Our Food Was Delicious And Hot. Had Enough For Two Meals , Having The Rest Today
Was seated but was not served. Three tables were seated after me and were served. My biggest regret is that I didn't complain to the manager before I walked out.
The cooks forgot to microwave my breakfast biscuit sandwiches. cold precooked eggs, cheese, biscuits, sausage and bacon. A very underwhelming experience. I wasn't even offered replacements.
