Meal 1 had the wrong fries, Meal 2 included cheese on a slider despite our request for no cheese, Meal 3 had a fry container that was less than half full, and Meal 4 was completely missing from our order, not even listed on the receipt, despite us confirming it three times. When I went inside to address the issue in the cold, dark rain, they asked me to go back out to get my wallet to pay for Meal 4, which felt unfair since it was their mistake. The staff didn’t apologize and instead argued among themselves about what went wrong. As an additional note, there was no toilet paper in either stall in the bathroom. Overall, a disappointing experience with poor service.

There were two young girls wandering around, and one of them was on her phone. Since there were no customers inside, they clearly had nothing to do. The cars in front of me had to go back in to correct their orders. Finally, after 10 to 15 minutes, one of the girls put her phone away, approached the window, asked for my payment, and handed me my food. When I inquired about the delay, her response was that there was "a situation in here." The only situation I noticed was the lack of customer service. I won't be returning.

The fries are my favorite part, but I think... read more I tried the Diablo Dare Challenge at Arby's, and it was seriously spicy! My lips and mouth definitely felt the heat. The fries are my favorite part, but I think the sandwich could use more meat and a bit of sauce on the bread since it was a little dry. Overall, it’s really tasty if you enjoy spicy food! I shared my experience live on TikTok, but the video got removed, so I uploaded it on Facebook instead, and that worked. The challenge is to finish the sandwich and fries without drinking the free milkshake they offer, which is also delicious.

At this location, there... read more When you're traveling from state to state, you don't want to stop at an Arby's and wait nearly an hour in the drive-thru for your food. At this location, there were eight cars waiting on the side for their orders. As I drove around to the gas station, I saw five employees inside goofing off and playing around. It seems the only requirement to work here is breathing because they clearly weren't doing their jobs or taking them seriously. If employees don’t want to work, Arby's should consider replacing them with better staff. Overall, I was very disappointed with this location, and the quality of service definitely impacted my experience with their menu.
