Everyt... read more I visited your McDonald's franchise this evening and placed my order using the touchscreen systems without any issues at 9:21 PM, as noted on my receipt. Everything seemed fine until I noticed that six cars ordered, paid, and received their meals before I finally got my classic Big Mac meal, which took an entire 10 minutes to be ready. I am very disappointed with the service I received tonight and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I paid for my kids' Happy Meals, my partner's meal, and my own, only to be told at the window that the EFTPOS machine wasn’t working. It had already charged me $40. I went back around the drive-thru, but it didn’t work again. When I went inside, no one was willing to help. Extremely frustrating experience—never going back again.
