Disgusting experience by this shabby low rate organisation. Waited over an hour to receive via Uber eats, literally only 10 minutes drive away. I arrived eventually, not only cold but totally the wrong order. Very disappointing. The packaging was untidy and messy. This place doesn’t deserve to be in business. I’d avoid at all costs.. Charcoal Chicken has a charming free arcade machine that adds to the fun atmosphere, and their menu offers a delightful variety of dishes.
I really miss this place. I hope it comes back soon!
Terrible experience with this poorly run establishment. I waited over an hour for my Uber Eats order, which is only a 10-minute drive away. When it finally arrived, it was not only cold but also completely the wrong order. I was very disappointed. The packaging was messy and unkempt. This restaurant doesn’t deserve to be in business. I recommend steering clear of it—there are plenty of wonderful restaurants in Christchurch that truly value their customers. It was a big mistake to choose this place. Never again!
