What User doesn't like about Blackbird Cafe:
Staff are unprofessional and absent most of the time. There is no atmosphere because of the lack of customers. First time going here and will not return. Very disappointing. Asked for my steak to be medium rare, it came out practically raw. I tried to get the attention of the server but they were not interested in sorting out the issue.
