It's a franchise, I think, and they can vary ... but this is one of the better ones in the Three Beans network. Though I've only ever stopped by for a coffee.Even though you sit in the mall, it's quiet enough to have a business conversation without shouting! I've been here at least five times over the past two years. View all feedback.
What Նժդեհ Հակոբյան doesn't like about THree Beans:
The service at this café is top-notch, with efficient and friendly staff. The décor is pleasant, providing a nice escape from the hustle of shopping. However, the only downside is the repetitive background music played by the manager/owner. It seems like they have a fixation on the same old songs, particularly a Kenny G album, which can get monotonous and dull, unless you enjoy elevator or shop mall music from the 19... I ordered a coffee to have in, I wasn't asked if I had a size preference and When it was brought to my table I was presented with a large. Is this the default size these days? Is the onus now on the consumer to specify size otherwise the large is served? Nice coffee but not the best with customer service.
This cafe in the shopping centre at Broadway provides a nice coffee with good fast service. Plenty of seating in the main walking area as well as inside the cafe. Take away is also available.
I've been here a few times and no matter when I go the staff begin cleaning around me - the floors, filling sugar, magazines, vacuuming. Numerous times they've taken my glass when I haven't finished. Honestly need to go and learn basic service. There are better places in Broadway. Coffee hit and miss.
Unacceptable attitude from the cashier lady who doesn't seem to think that replying to "hello" is worth doing. There are plenty of other places to try around the area, don't bother with that one.
Sydney's Broadway Shopping Centre is a decent size as far as shopping centres go but that doesn't mean it offers a decent array of food or even coffee options, especially if you not a foodcourt fan (like me). Maybe the pull of Glebe Point Road - just a couple of hundred metres away - means that good food and coffee options at Broadway are pretty limited. Given all that, Three Beans is about your best bet in the shopping centre - the coffee is passable, ambiance quite pleasant, and nice choice of pastries and muffins, and some healthy-looking sandwiches and rolls available at lunchtime.
