Everything looked amazing!... read more Na Zdrowie is a lovely little restaurant that has "comfort food" written all over it. We were seated right away and given menus..... Everything looked amazing! After careful deliberation, we decided on pickled herring in sour cream and dill with rye bread for an entree. It was delicious and definitely had a traditional feel to it. I thoroughly enjoyed a plate of fried sauerkraut pierogi (dumplings) in mushroom sauce with a side of fresh cucumbers in dill. The meal was sublime and I think would be absolutely perfect in the winter. They have a wide variety of Polish beers and flavoured vodkas. We opted for a light wheat beer with a splash of sour cherry syrup - who knew that flavoured syrup compliments beer?! Just couldn't help but order a honey flavoured vodka to have  with the Polish cake of the day ; chocolate, pear and ginger. What a meal! I would highly recommend this place.... The service was great and food VERY comforting :)

They do a fantastic Pierogi & Golabki and I love the Bigos here, although different to my grandma's recipe, its still delicious and hearty.  No matter what you order I highly recommend sides. Rye is a minimum but I also love the cream & cucumbers, beetroot and horseradish. Vibe here is homely and casual and the staff are just great. Huge range of beers. crumbs-au.com
