This is poor business practice. The problem has been brought to their attention multiple times, yet it remains unresolved. The team l... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I couldn't warm up my meal due to a health and safety issue related to the handling of meats. The team leader was quite unhelpful and had a really unpleasant attitude. Ironically, another employee offered to warm the food for the customer behind me. I've been ordering my sandwich this way since they opened years ago, and it was frustrating to face this issue at my age of 55. Additionally, I was unable to get chips despite the promotion stating that they were included with the purchase of a footlong sandwich, which I ordered (just ham and cheese, no extras). I also had to make separate purchases for my son and husband because there was a limit of one coupon per person. My husband tried to use a free cookie coupon for my son, but it was denied even though the coupon clearly stated it was valid with any purchase. I really feel for families who want to dine here; this experience felt discriminatory. We will not be returning to this Subway again.

My mobile orders are consistently 20 mins late because they don't even start them before I get there. I'm on lunch, I don't have that kind of time to waste. Lots of thumb up your ass energy coming from here. 1 employee on assembly while the other 2 are doing Jack dick. Constantly out of ingredients, no compensation for late/incorrect meals. I mean for Christ sake they can't even read the order slips saying TOASTED, and gave me a raw breakfast sub way more than once. Ridiculous, if you don't want to do your job just quit. there's has GOT to be someone else that can work here.
