There were 4 people in a row that had to repeat their order to this kid, and he didn 't say excuse me or anything professional, simply What?? Got asked at the window by I 'm assuming his trainer about my order of a double cheeseburger (complex right? and had to confirm again, that yes, I am having a double cheeseburger. Fries were coated with black bits(not pepper from their half-strained grease they used last night and undoubtedly through the entire week. Burger bun was from yesterday, burger itself cold even though there were plenty of people there (noonish . The nasty fries were the only thing half hot. So if you see the millennial kids working, turn around. They don 't care whatsoever.

Didn't revive half my order and waited 10 mins at the counter for assistance before finally just leaving.

After repeating my order twice in detail was told to pull around to the brown door not even the drive thru parking spots. Then ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for my food while people who ordered after me. One employee apologized and another told me to go in side and and complain that I didn't get my food yet. After going in was told that they already gave out the food, which obviously wasn't true. Order was remade. Only took 45 minutes for me to get a six piece basket and a chicken salad.
