Absolutely disgusting service, avoid at all cost. The woman who seems to be the manager was so rude. It got to the bill and they had put on a £25 service charge for service that was appalling, normally we would pay the service charge if the service is up to standard but however the women didn’t even crack a smile and was rude the whole time. I visited this restaurant on a busy Tuesday and was pleased to see the authentic Italian specials board. The portions appeared to be smaller, but the prices have increased slightly. Overall, it's a friendly and welcoming place worth a try.
The food is incredible and the service is excellent. We dined in for dinner and had a fantastic experience. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

The female employee at this restaurant is extremely impolite and should improve her customer service skills. It is disappointing because the food is actually quite delicious. I no longer feel at ease visiting this establishment due to the disrespectful treatment I have received. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is consistently fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they even have a dessert cart.
