The atmosphere is fantastic, the drinks (including gin and wine) are top-notch, and the pizza is excellent.

The location in Amers... read more This franchise of tap and bottle shops, supported by their own brewery, is often the focal point of local early evening social gatherings. The location in Amersham is no different. Individuals tend to gather after a day at work or after getting off the tube to meet up before heading home. While not exactly a traditional pub, they offer a wide selection of beers, along with a recent addition of small batch spirits and wine. I haven't sampled the pizza myself, but it smells fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful, and with ample communal tables both inside and outside, it's easy to strike up a conversation with fellow patrons. I highly recommend this spot.
