There is a large notice at the front entrance saying this What it doesn't say is that there are no toilet facilities. This should have been on the notice. For older people,or families with small children this could be a problem.Surely they could have mentioned it? Chenies is not well served with any other facilities.At leasst if it had been on the website,you could plan your visit better. The rest of the centre is a joy as ever,plants,gifts, service, everything is top. Hopefully the new cafe will be as good as it used to be

When we got to the front of the queue there was virtuall... read more We went to Cafe VH for tea one Sunday in the summer. There was a long line to be served at the counter. When we got to the front of the queue there was virtually nothing left to eat. Also, the tables are all dirty, piled high with dirty dishes. Very poor.
