In April 2022, I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming restaurant with my family during the week. The food was absolutely delicious, featuring generous portions that were served promptly. The prices were reasonable, and the menu offered a good variety, accommodating vegan and other dietary needs. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful, historic English village pub with a lot of character. It became quite busy within half an hour of our arrival, which speaks to its popularity. There are several cozy rooms for dining, along with outdoor tables in the garden, an open fire, and ample parking. We will definitely be returning!
