We checked out the website before reviewing the menu, but what we received didn't quite meet our expectations. We asked our waitress if the dishes we were interested in were available, and she confirmed they were, which really got us excited for dinner. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish, which was a big plus for us. Both my partner and I follow a clean diet, so we really appreciated that. This place is excellent, and I think we’ll definitely be returning. The photo shows my sausage plate—house-made and gluten-free.

Be sure to try the oversized pretzel appetizer! They have plenty of schnitzel options, and the lamb dish was truly outstanding!

Highly recommend getting in the French Onion Soup as your starter or the HUGE pretzel with mustard.

The chicken was quite good, and the roasted sausage with gravy was enjoyable, though I felt it could have used some horseradish or mustard for an extra kick. The pork had a slight farmy aroma and was a bit chewier than I expected; it wasn’t as tender. However, the red cabbage and herbs that accompanied the dish were excellent. I would definitely be interested in trying the carving plate or other carving options on my next visit.

The scavenger is amazing, the best I ever had! It mates so well with the Spetzel and its red cabbage and Cole Slav are very good. Her sausage choices are also very delicious. I was impressed by the huge beer selection and loved the sample options. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very attentive about my party celebrated graduation and extremely patient when we stayed past the conclusion. I would highly recommend coming here and cannot wait to come back!
