We get back out to th... read more When ordering our food, my husband and I bought meals, 2 meals... which includes a drink and a cookie, so 2 cookies... one for each of us. We get back out to the car and come home. Sit down to enjoy our dinner. There were no cookies. ????

Don 't bother with this place. They may as well close at 8:00 PM because they stop making half the menu around then. I have been here 3 or 4 times over the past... read more Don 't bother with this place. They may as well close at 8:00 PM because they stop making half the menu around then. I have been here 3 or 4 times over the past month or two at around 8:00-9:30 PM, and they 've told me they don 't have any sandwiches. The place is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, yet they stop making food 3 hours early. I was so angry this time, I said, This seems to happen a lot here. The employee responded, Oh, that only happens at night. No apology, nothing. Is whatthe customer wants important at all here? It seems like their are lazy employees and/or lazy management here and the quality isslipping. I suggest they get their act together. Their is a lot of competition on Memorial drive and I 'll be dining elsewhere.

The potatoes had a slightly different flavor than I’m used to, possibly because there was very little gravy, which made the potato taste more pronounced. The chicken was not as crispy and crunchy as it typically is, and it was overly breaded. Additionally, I thought the bowl meal was supposed to come with fries, but there were none in my bag. I took it as a sign that I didn’t need two sources of starch, so I didn’t go back to inquire about them.

As a delivery driver for an app service, I rarely have to wait when I come here. I tried the food once (I usually avoid fast food due to an allergy), and it was slightly better than what I have in my hometown. They do the job well and usually fairly quickly.
