Five Guys - Chicopee

The Chicopee location appears to be the best in the area. I'm not sure what the secret is, but the food here is consistently excellent. I recommend trying the Little Hamburger with just one patty and keeping the toppings to a minimum—sometimes, simplicity leads to better flavor. Overall, it's a fantastic burger, and the fries are delicious as well. Great job!

The staff was wonderful and communicated naturally, avoiding any corporate jargon. The food is consistently tasty. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance; it's more than just fast food but isn’t pretentious or solely family-oriented. As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is all on one level with wide pathways for easy movement.

Every time I order a burger online without cheese, I end up getting cheese on it. Please pay attention to the special requests.

I've been going to Five Guys locations regularly since 2009 and I don't remember the burgers ever tasting as good as the one I just ate in Chicopee. Perfectly cooked and well put together despite the fact I added nearly every topping. Will be returning next time I'm in Chicopee.
