I visited this restaurant this morning after shopping at BJ's. The man behind the counter was quite unfriendly. He took my order but didn’t inform me when it was ready. Another customer had to let me know that my order was ready. When I got home, I found that I had received two donuts instead of what I expected. My experience today wasn’t pleasant. How is a bathroom out of service for months on end? What kind of business let?s their facilities rot like that? Just be honest and say you don?t want to clean the bathrooms or that covid has affected their availability. Avoid coming to this location if you're driving for door dash. I've been left sitting there waiting for an order plenty of times only to have customers walk in and get their stuff before me and walk out. It's not necessarily a bad Dunkin' but theydefinitely don't care about their doordash drivers.
The staff was fantastic, and our food arrived quickly. Dining inside during peak hours is definitely the way to go!
Please change your name back to Dunkin' Donuts, and I'll give you an extra star.
The person at the register was extremely friendly. We all ordered the pumpkin spice signature latte, and out of all the Dunkin' locations we've been to, they made the perfect drink. If I'm in Chicopee again, I would definitely return and hope that the staff who were there today will be there for my next visit.
