As a diabetic, I requested Equal for my coffee but end... read more There is a massive pothole in the drive-thru that you can't avoid when trying to reach the pickup window. As a diabetic, I requested Equal for my coffee but ended up with regular sugar, which caused me a lot of trouble while I was at work. The girl at the window was chatting and flirting with the guy in front of me for several minutes, which was really frustrating because I needed to get to work. I've started going out of my way to avoid this location now, even though it used to be my favorite.

The employees spent over 15 minutes chatting at the drive-thru, which caused some problems. The person ahead of us ended up leaving because of the confusion, and our app order seemed to perplex them as well. This kind of experience is exactly why I prefer using the app in the first place. It's just hard to believe.

They consistently make my coffee perfectly and serve me an excellent sandwich every time. The service is fast, kind, and courteous all at once.

I go out of my way, the workers are always super nice and always have a smile on their face, even if it's crazy busy and short employees. You make my coffee every time and always give me an amazing sandwich. They are very fast, friendly and accommodating at the same time.
