Coffee was good tho. The employees were busting their butts to get it done. Great job on the 3 employees they on shift.

I deliver for food delivery services, and I have been refused restroom use at several of their stores. I have also witnessed customers in desperate need be refused as well... I wonder how long before this policy hurts their bottom line? I hope it occurs soon!!!

As a diabetic, I requested Equal for my coffee but end... read more There is a massive pothole in the drive-thru that you can't avoid when trying to reach the pickup window. As a diabetic, I requested Equal for my coffee but ended up with regular sugar, which caused me a lot of trouble while I was at work. The girl at the window was chatting and flirting with the guy in front of me for several minutes, which was really frustrating because I needed to get to work. I've started going out of my way to avoid this location now, even though it used to be my favorite.

The employees spent over 15 minutes chatting at the drive-thru, which caused some problems. The person ahead of us ended up leaving because of the confusion, and our app order seemed to perplex them as well. This kind of experience is exactly why I prefer using the app in the first place. It's just hard to believe.
