We were the only ones in the restaurant, and when it was my turn to order, I was at least six feet away from the cashier, who was behind a plexiglass shield. However, the cashier interrupted me to tell my daughter to pull her mask over her nose, which had slipped. I found this unnecessary and quite rude, especially since we were there to eat and the masks were going to come off anyway. It felt uncalled for.

Wh... read more I had the most disappointing experience at this Subway location. Upon my arrival, it took about five minutes for anyone to show up, despite my loud greeting. When the employee finally started preparing my sandwiches, she seemed quite aggressive. To make matters worse, she was wearing AirPods and frequently asked me to repeat myself, even though I was speaking at a normal volume. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was a white female, approximately 5'2", with a nose ring.

Thi... read more I went to Subway really hungry, expecting them to be open until 8 PM as listed online, but they had already turned off the sign and locked the door at 7:50. This is poor business practice. Closing early doesn't just cost you the customers you miss in those last ten minutes; it makes future customers less likely to trust your posted hours.

She made sure everything I wanted was perfectly cooked and even sliced some fresh tomatoes for me since they were running low. This was the best Subway experience I've had in Chico!

With my... read more If I could, I would give Subway half a star. I ordered a tuna sub, and it tasted like they mixed old tuna with some fresh instead of preparing it fresh. With my extensive experience in food service, I can say this tuna should have been discarded. They seriously need to make fresh tuna salad! It looks like they’re trying to save money, but the poor quality is driving customers away and costing them business.
