When I asked the woman with the braids about it, she acknowledged that it was indeed out of service and then walked away. I waited for her to return and asked where the employees went to use the restroom. Her response was, "We have a private employee bathroom," before she turned around and left again. Despite the quality of the food, I won't be returning. While the food is good, be prepared to pay a premium, double-check your order as it's likely to be incorrect, and hope you don't need to use the restroom while you're there—there's a strong chance it's out of order. Just be ready to deal with a rather unfriendly staff member if something goes wrong with your order!

When you face the Chevron entrance, tWisTeD is located to the right, at the end of the building. **Kid-friendliness:** Families often bring their kids here, and I’m talking about ages 5 to 95! **Wheelchair accessibility:** I've been there in a wheelchair multiple times, both manual and motorized, and there’s plenty of space to move around.
