We have a few gluten sensitive folks in our family and I typically will just pick up cupcakes for them while the rest of the family has traditional cakes at our family birthday parties, but this year on a whim I opted to try one of Mim's GF cakes (apparently they can make any of their cakes gluten-free). Every Mim's cake I've ever had has been delicious so I figured we'd try the White Chocolate Banana for the first time. Oh my goodness, it did not disappoint! Not only was it the best GF cake that I've ever had but it was one of The Best cakes that I've ever had. Moist, soft, fluffy and perfectly banana-y. The white chocolate buttercream was a really nice compliment to the cake as well. Everyone raved and several people were shocked when I told them it was GF. Going forward I think we'll just always order the gluten-free cakes as the last was such a crowd pleaser. Thank you, Mim's, for making making such a lovely cake to celebrate my mom's 73rd. We'll be back for the next!

Couldn't resist getting a double chocolate mouse cupcake to go.Honestly, every bite of that cupcake was like little drops of heaven in my mouth. The cake was outrageously good as well a definite hit with everyone including the beautiful birthday lady!
