Maybe she was having a bad day, but I won’t be returning here as I did not feel like it was a coffee shop that makes you feel welcome.

Yet every time I enter this establ... read more I simply cannot understand how anyone could stand by and watch someone struggle with heavy loads without offering assistance. Yet every time I enter this establishment, I am met with indifference and stares from employees who seem uninterested in helping. My back hurts from carrying these boxes, and not a single staff member has ever offered to hold the door for me. The attitudes I have encountered are appalling. Yes, I may be working, but that doesn’t mean I don’t deserve respect while I do my job. I never imagined I would have to leave a review like this because of how the staff treats someone who is simply trying to support their business. If it were a one-time issue, I wouldn’t be writing this, but this has been my experience every single time I visit. This will be the last time I come here. It’s disheartening to see a decline in respect towards customers and co-workers alike. It seems that everywhere I go, employees feel they can treat people however they wish, and then become defensive if you speak up about it.
