Our establishment is dedicated to creating unique flavor combinations in every dish and drink we serve. Our wood-fired oven is at the heart of our dynamic menu featuring small-plate American fare made with the freshest seasonal produce from local midwest farms. We take pride in butchering our meat in-house from humanely-raised animals, sourcing vegetables from local family farms, and crafting freshly made pastas and sausages. Please note that all individuals aged five and older must provide proof of vaccination upon dining in with us, while masks are mandatory for all individuals aged two and older when not actively eating or drinking. However, some diners have expressed disappointment in the cooking style, with all dishes tasting very similar and often overcooked. Despite this, the ambiance and burgers received positive feedback, along with some unique and delicious desserts. Service was a mix of experiences, from great attentiveness to significant delays in receiving food. The restaurant's creative and tasty menu, including appetizers like corn dumplings and watermelon salad, received high praise, with the handmade pasta and prime filet of beef standing out as particular highlights.
