White Palace Grill - Chicago

This place has been open since 1939 which to me is like eating in a museum which I think is pretty cool. My wife and I flew into Chicago on a red eye and was immediately greeted by the Chicago cold weather

I've been to the White Palace Grill twice so far. The place is my sudden favorite, known for their scrumptious food, fabulous staff, particularly the waitresses and cooks. I so far have ordered my favorite dish, BLT and fries. The first time I came here they offered me some unbelievable chicken soup with rice, along with BLT and fries. I know Chicago got the best restaurants all over the city, but I will be stopping at White Palace Grill to try more of their food!

Everyone who is in Chicago has to come here to get the original Chicago experience.This place is open all night and there is a reason so many celebrities visit here. I loved the liver and onions I ordered, and the soup was amazing too.

All my years in Chicago I've never gone to white palace, I was like okay 24 hr diner we get it. I randomly stumbled in and man, it was super on point. Just the quintessential diner experience. In and out but not rushed. Good service and the handled the crowds well. I definitely been sleep.

Exceeded my expectations. The fluffiest grits ever, the chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. Highly recommend. This is some of the best late night food you'll find in Chicago!
