I honestl... read more I visited Love Laura last Sunday and had an amazing experience. The staff was exceptionally polite and funny, which made my time there very enjoyable. I honestly can't remember ever receiving such outstanding customer service in a fast-food restaurant before. The barbecue chicken salad was absolutely delicious! Additionally, the welcoming atmosphere really brightened my day.

They need to figure out why the app they promote is not receiving orders, yet they still charge customers for them. When customers point out the issue using the app, they are told to call in. It took over three weeks to receive a credit for two separate transactions, and I constantly have to double-check my orders because they are frequently incorrect.
