Union Sushi Beque - Chicago

I love sushi. I was in many different sushi cities, in the united states and I can honestly say that union sushi and barbecue bar was the best sushi place I was. I had the sashimi cup, philly roll, godzilla roll, spicy tuna roll and crispy salmon skin roll that were all amazing. you can say the fish is super fresh - it melts practically in the mouth. so good. we also had the reserve ribs, alligator, Japanese curry chicken and bark fillet (yes, we had a pretty variety) that were also amazing. I don't even like meat and I love them all. if they like sushi, or eat, or amazing atmosphere, or anything just here.

Great eating, great mossque mules. the rolls and slides were full of taste. I recommend the black rice that is added to the rolls for a little other texture.

Best food and the most beautiful cocktails. they will not be disappointed. the hostess was great and the bar channels continued to make drinks to die.

Each since the union opened it has become an annual in-town spot to celebrate my birthday. with distance the best value in the city for quite expensive sushi and drinks. no intention, only a casual place for either a first date, whose noise level allows them to in great discussions with their close friends.

For the past 4 years, this has been my favorite place for sushi. Love the atmosphere, attentive service, and especially the food! Signature cocktails and apps never disappoint. Perfect for a fun date or a special group celebration. Love the black rice sampler.
