I dined at this restaurant on Monday, May 28, 2012. The food, both in terms of quality and quantity, was excellent. The toasted ravioli and chicken tenders with "holy cow" chips were absolutely fantastic. However, the service was the worst I have ever experienced in an airport restaurant. I had to request a manager just to get a drink refill, and the waitress was visibly upset when I asked another staff member for silverware after my food had already been served. It seemed as though she expected me to eat with my hands. Overall, it's a good place to eat if you can tolerate extremely poor service.

Friday night date night. It was a 40 min. wait, but we were expecting one. Had 4 rolls in order from our most favorite; sunny, yellow submarine, kamikaze, and a spicy California. This is BYOB, and the staff opened our wine and brought glasses for us. Overall good experience!

I am not very familiar with the history of sushi in Chicago. Having grown up in Toronto and London (Ontario, not England) and later moving to Atlanta and New York, can you really blame me? Stepping outside of one's comfort zone, especially when it comes to food, can be quite challenging. Influenced by food experts like Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmern, I am inspired by their embrace of unique dining experiences.
