Consistent compliments include the beautiful ambiance, efficient service, and imaginative beverages. For some, the limited menu was disappointing, while others found certain dishes to be truly delicious. The location offers a convenient setting next to Schubas Tavern, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Overall, Tied House seems to excel in providing a lovely atmosphere and good service, but opinions on the food itself are mixed.
When they visit, they must get the focaccia brot. only. it is delicious, and the cheese spreads it is served with will change its life. Overall, eating here is fantastic I just wish the menu was a little bigger. the burger was very good, but nothing life changed (not like the cheese spread. I still think about it.) we have tried to make the house also limoncello, which was good but very strong. it tasted more like a shot than a numb, but I would still get it again? tldr: great place, wished they had a bigger menu, the cheese spread will make them rethink every one they had ever had in their lives.
An airy, welcoming ambiente gives the culinary experience a joy. the tied house was carefully thought out on this wise. the bar area is cozy, beautiful. the bartenders know how to make a Jamaican style dark n stormy very good. chicago or ramp, the stinking sway of the name cake of the city is made a driver for taste buds as it goes everywhere and with everything! the ramped pesto foccaia was a rebound on the homemade brot of my late grandmother. the pesto resembles pink fish roe spread out. absolutely unmistakable old medium-sized inspired. medium rare, bark meat drink money medaillen (I did not notice the coffee rub) followed for duck with a glass house bordeaux. enjoy some chicago as they never before!
The second time here and just not impressed. I want to love it because of the ambient. but eating was cold, portioned small and overpriced (we decided to leave us for their prix fixe menu for valentinstag.) an even hungry restaurant is probably the worst experience ever. do not come back, not to par.
Solid spot. We headed here before a show at the Vic and the drinks and food were spot on. Limited menu, but everything looked good. I had the grown-up grilled cheese with the curly fry upgrade and it hit the spot. The interior is also very nice and they have a good outdoor setup. 10/10 would try again.
Menu rotates, but if you see it, get the “Wild Boar Tagliatelle.” It’s _wonderful_.Server was pleasantly attentive without hovering.Excellent place.
