The food and drinks are average at best. Additionally, the service is subpar - the waiter checked on our table five times in one hour, which was a bit irritating.
Our server, a young lady whose name I can't remember, provided excellent service. She was attentive, funny, and made sure our group of 6 had everything we needed during our visit. As a wing enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying the wings at Theory. I tried the Bill Kill wing and the Buffalo wing, both of which were delicious. The bottomless mimosas were also on point and added to the overall experience. The wings are priced per pound, with options for 6, 7, or 8 wings depending on size. The prices may be a bit steep, but the unlimited mimosa package on weekends is a good deal. I would definitely return to try other menu items beyond just the wings, such as burgers or specials.
