I highly recommend this restaurant as a wonderful culinary experience in Chicago. The food is exceptional, but the overall experience goes far beyond that. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, and every detail in the decor reflects a great deal of care. I love returning several times a year to see how their menu evolves with the seasons. What User dislikes about Temporis:
Very creative, mostly delicious, however a few courses not top notch, saltiness or bitterness overpowering, or main ingredient not recognizable (e.g. lobster ravioli). Adventurous, great service, great seating. View all feedback.
Temporis is a relaxing, sophisticated and artistic culinary experience. go into a warm greeting and they can feel how the team is really happy to be there for them. the service is excellent and startable as they blow it in each mind. the pairings were sublime splurge on the reserve wine pairing they wil not be disappointed. it is worth keeping their phone practically to capture the beauty of the presentation of each course. chef jorge orchestrates the experience delicate muscheln and lobster followed by jazzy and short nativity as he shares a bit of his boston root and chicago home. bakery chef jacquelyn is a master. it is rare if you can actually feel the magic, cool mood when working good, talented people, and it is inspiring to be their guest. thank you. temporis!
We visited temporis a few days before the Covid-19 shutdown and were among a total of six people in the night. eating is wonderful, and the crying couples are unusually thoughtful. I have zöliakie and was impressed by the creative workarounds to ensure that my meal was as interesting as mine man. The Wagyu-dumping and the lobster with black truffles are particularly noteworthy. Although it was an early reservation, it was clear that once we finished the staff, we could go home, but we never felt rushed. temporis is a splurg, but it is worth it. if we come out at the other end of this outbreak, we would be honored to return.
Such great flavors and beautiful plating. The squab was amazing so was the wagyu. I wasn’t a fan of the cucumber dessert, I hate cucumber and it was just too overpowering of a flavor in a dessert for me to enjoy it. Cute cozy intimate atmosphere.I’ll definitely be back in the future.
Dining at Temporis and enjoying their 10-course tasting menu was definitely worth the price. The dishes leaned toward the creamy side, so by the time the last course arrived, I was quite full. The overall service was excellent, although one of the servers seemed a bit unfriendly, which slightly affected the experience. However, the rest of the staff more than made up for it, ensuring the overall visit to Temporis was wonderful.
